Technical Account Manager

Location: Naperville, IL
Type: Full-time

Technical Account Manager role for techno-functional professionals transitioning from Business Analyst or Project Manager or from any technical backgrounds. Ideal for those with 4-8 years in IT projects later converted to client-facing account management.

Role Overview:
Leverage your BA/PM/Techical expertise to manage key client accounts, drive project success, and grow relationships in IT services/digital transformation. Bridge technical delivery with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Own client accounts: Conduct reviews, gather requirements, and align solutions with business goals.
Collaborate with delivery teams on project execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder updates.
Identify upsell opportunities, support renewals, and contribute to account growth strategies.
Translate technical details into client-friendly insights during QBRs and demos.

Required Background:
4+ years as a Technical Account Manager
Strong in requirements gathering, Agile/ Waterfall, tools like Jira, MS Project, ERP/CRM.
Excellent communication; ready to transition into account management.
IT services/cloud/eCommerce exposure preferred.
