Key objectives include:

  • Accelerate adoption and reach of existing AWS enablement programs.
  • Expand participation across sales, technical, customer success, and leadership audiences.
  • Improve readiness, engagement, and advocacy within established partner communities.
  • Drive measurable growth in enablement participation, learning consumption, and partner champion development.

  • Opportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards and promotes its employees
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary enablement and success lead for AWS-focused partnership initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with AWS alliance leaders, enablement stakeholders, field sales teams, industry specialists, solutions architects, and partner success teams.
  • Partner closely with AWS alliance and enablement stakeholders to execute against established strategic priorities and partnership objectives.
  • Lead regular planning discussions, stakeholder reviews, business updates, and readiness conversations across AWS partner audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to increase adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of existing enablement programs.
  • Coordinate enablement activities across AWS field sales, industry specialists, alliance teams, and technical communities.
  • Develop scalable enablement experiences that support sales, technical, customer success, and customer-facing audiences.
  • Translate AI capabilities, customer use cases, and go-to-market priorities into practical learning experiences and readiness programs.
  • Deliver workshops, executive briefings, office hours, train-the-trainer sessions, learning pathways, and champion programs.
  • Expand existing learning pathways, certification-related readiness initiatives, and partner advocacy programs.

  • Scale successful enablement programs across geographies, industries, and partner audiences.
  • Drive alignment between partnership priorities and internal enablement initiatives to maximize partner impact and customer outcomes.
What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • Prior experience within the AWS Partner Network (APN) ecosystem or a comparable hyperscaler partner program strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with AWS's internal seller structure, including field sales motions, industry-vertical specialists, and champion/advocate program models.
  • Comfort operating within an existing strategic framework and executing against an established roadmap, rather than building a program from the ground up.
  • 8 or more years of experience in partner success, strategic partnerships, partner enablement, customer success, learning and development, consulting, or a related field within enterprise technology.
  • Experience designing and delivering learning or enablement programs for external partners, customer-facing teams, or enterprise technology audiences.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data ecosystems, enterprise software, or AI technologies, with the ability to learn new products and technical concepts quickly.
  • The ability to translate complex technical topics into relevant, accessible learning experiences for both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience partnering with sales, solutions architecture, product, customer success, alliances, and other cross-functional teams.
  •

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud technologies, cloud go-to-market motions, and partner ecosystems.
  • Understanding of AWS industry sales motions and cloud ecosystem dynamics.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influence skills.
  • Strong facilitation, consulting, presentation, and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to scale programs and drive adoption across large, complex partner organizations.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Executive presence and the ability to build credibility with leaders across partner and internal organizations.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  •

What Success Looks Like:

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with partners and align enablement plans to partnership strategies.

  • Deliver high-value enablement experiences that partner stakeholders view as responsive and aligned to business needs.
  • Provide internal teams with visibility into partner priorities, program performance, and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to stronger strategic partnerships, increased partner-led customer engagement, and partner-influenced business growth.
