Job description

Job title: Cloud AWS DevOps
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Description:
  • AWS, Terraform, Azure Devops / Jenkins, Docker and python / bash knowledge is needed for the job.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in architecting and deploying infrastructure for distributed applications in the Cloud (Preferably AWS)
  • Experience automating using Terraform or any infrastructure automation tools.
  • Experience with Python, Shell scripting to automate deployments.
  • Understanding Java, dotnet, JavaScript is helpful to troubleshoot and fix deployment and build issues.
  • Experience building monitoring dashboards and APM tracing and instrumenting the same using Data Dog, App Dynamics or New Relic

  • Understanding ELK stack would be helpful.
  • Experience with Git and Git flow for code lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on with CI/CD deployment pipelines and infrastructure provisioning. Preferably using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development cycles.
  • Experience of TCP/IP, HTTP, web application security, and experience supporting multi-tier web application architectures.

  • Experience building and securing docker containers and running them using ECS or any container deployment platforms.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Sox Audit process and remediations.
