This role can be located in San Diego, California or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role you will be working with the latest technology to modernize software product production with DevSecOps - continuous build, continuous integration, continuous test, continuous cyber, continuous deployment, and continuous metrics on aerospace programs. Specifically, you will be responsible for the design, architecture, development, deployment, and operation of modern DevSecOps software factory.

You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, such as with Systems Engineering, Real-time & Embedded Software, Test Automation, DevSecOps, and Systems Test in an Agile software development environment. Key Responsibilities: Standup of large-scale software factory used by software teams Implement segments of DevSecOps lifecycle - continuous build, continuous integration, continuous test, continuous cyber, and continuous deployment pipeline We offer flexible work arrangements, 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience in software engineering OR a Master's degree in a (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 0 years of experience in software engineering OR a PhD degree in a (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 0-years of experience. Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Python, Swift) and software development lifecycle Must have experience with one of the following change management tracking system tools: Jira, ClearQuest, Asana Must have experience with one of the following configuration management systems: GIT, GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Subversion Active DoD Secret level clearance (in-scope), with the ability to obtain (and maintain) special program access (PAR) prior to commencement of employment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud technology (AWS, VMWare, Azure, Kubernetes) Experience with developing software using agile processes (Kanban, Scrum, Scrumban) Knowledge of software metrics Experience with configuration of virtual machines (VMs) and virtual networks (VPC, NSX-T, NSX-V) Experience with static, dynamic code analysis Experience with operation of cyber remediation and Risk Management Framework (RMF) Certification from VMWare, AWS, or Cisco is desired Active Secret DoD Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance Current Special Access Program (SAP) clearance Primary Level Salary Range: $75,100.00 - $137,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
