An Awning Installer plays a vital role as part of a small installation team, specializing in the installation of awnings in the summer as well as pellet, wood, and gas stoves in the winter. This role requires dependable and reliable individuals who can safely work in varying weather conditions and sustain physical demands such as lifting up to 80 pounds and working from ladders. Strong customer interaction skills and adherence to safety standards ensure quality service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Install awnings (summer) along with pellet, wood, and gas stoves (winter)
  • Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
  • Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Operate and manage manual and power installation tools effectively
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose installation issues promptly
  • Perform installations working from ladders and in hot/cold weather conditions
  • Lift and handle materials weighing up to 80 pounds
  • Maintain tool organization and readiness
