Administrative Assistant


AES Hearth & Patio is a leading retailer of Alternative Heating, Custom Fireplaces, and Outdoor Living Products, offered from a variety of manufacturers. We currently have showroom locations in Chambersburg, Camp Hill, Newville and Burnham, with an extensive Service & Installation Department in Newville and Burnham.


As our business continues to grow, we have an immediate opportunity for a Part-time Administrative Assistant to perform administrative tasks that keeps our Burnham Showroom & Service departments operating efficiently. This position will work directly with our Burnham Operations Manager & Administrative Manager.


This person will...

  • answer incoming and make outgoing calls efficiently.
  • perform service scheduling and write up service request.
  • assist with maintaining showroom cleanliness and decorating.
  • assist with Point-of-Sale transactions in the showroom
  • perform some bookkeeping tasks to include deposits, AR & AP

We are looking for...

  • excellent written and verbal skills.
  • experience working in a service sales environment.
  • experience in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

In addition, AES is a full-service Chimney Sweeping company. AES Inspects, Certifies, and Repairs most chimney systems.
