What We're Looking For:
The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing the North America go-to-market strategy for Zebra's Asset Visibility Solutions (AVS). This person will serve as the North America product SME for launches, refreshes and sustaining activities across the Zebra AVS product portfolio, managing all aspects of the regional go-to-market process. The Product Marketing specialist will adapt value propositions, messaging, sales tools and marketing materials where necessary to resonate with the local audience and is responsible, in collaboration with Global Portfolio Marketing, for ensuring regional sellers and partners are trained and equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell.
Product Marketing experience required
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for North America GTM planning for Zebra's Asset Visibility Solutions, consisting of Printers, Scanners, Supplies, Sensors and value-added software.
  • Act as bridge between North America Marketing and Global Portfolio Marketing, ensuring that Zebra's products are positioned for success in the region.
  • Execute product lifecycle programs (launch, reinvigoration, and retirement), working in alignment with vertical marketing leaders, channel marketing and field marketing managers.
  • Responsible for monitoring and driving organizational response to primary AVS competitors' regional marketing campaigns, messaging, etc.
  • Support AVS demo representation at trade shows, briefings and corporate events to ensure we deliver on strategy & messaging for products at key events.
  • Lead North America marketing participation on AVS product launch calls (global and regional) to ensure regional GTM readiness from a marketing perspective.
  • Manage regionally needed content creation from inception through delivery.
  • Work with Vertical & Performance marketing teams to generate portfolio pipeline - marketing influenced & driven.
  • Ensure successful seller adoption of enablement materials.
  • Voice of customer into global product marketing team.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relatable field
  • 2+ years of Product Marketing experience required - working in various settings required, including in a corporation or for corporate clients. B2B experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to technically understand how products fit in to create and deliver a solution
  • Experience developing differentiated go-to-market strategies
  • Experience successfully taking products to market for a large B2B company or agency preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrating a collaborative, cross-functional approach for planning and problem solving
  • Successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional presentation & communication skills

Pay Range:
$68,400.00 - $102,600.00 Annual
Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
