The Project Delivery Management, AVP directly participates in Operations- aligned IT-projects as a primary project team member. PDM's understanding of the Project Delivery Lifecycle, Roles and Responsibilities, policies/best practices, dependencies, risks, and quality controls enable us to represent and support Business in complex, cross-pillar initiatives.

The AVP will fill Business-side Project Management and UAT Test Lead roles, leveraging understanding of the Project Delivery Lifecycle, Roles and Responsibilities, policies/best practices, dependencies, risks, and quality controls. There are currently many projects requiring Business PM and UAT Test Lead/Test Support. Extensive training will be provided.

  • PM activities include: Work Breakdown Structure (Business-pillar task creation, scheduling, and maintenance), Cross-pillar coordination, Progress monitoring and Management Reporting, Issue and Change Control Request Management, Resource Management/Task Promotion.
  • UAT Lead activities include Test Planning, Test Preparation (access entitlements, environment readiness, Test calendar, Test cases creation and upload, data provisioning requirement capture and execution), Testing Tool Administration (ALM), Test Management/Quality Control, Test Execution Support (Defect Triage/Defect Management Workflow control, Test status reporting, UAT Exit documentation).

Major Responsibilities:

Create and maintain status materials and reporting mechanisms that are intuitive, informative, and facilitate a true understanding of task scope, timelines, progress, issues, and risks.

  • Leverage data to identify significant metrics/trends.
  • Maintain and leverage policy/guidance documentation and support to facilitate teamproductivity.
  • Support team's use ofstandard tools
  • Promote best practices, standardization/consistency, simplicity, risk mitigation, transparency, and continuity
  • Prepare/contribute to various administrative reports.
  • Assist with general administrative duties.
  • Help with orientation/training of new resources.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced communications skills (written and oral); ability to effectively convey ideas in various formats.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish meaningful working relationships.
  • Extreme organizational skills necessary to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies.
  • Strong Business Analysis skillset
  • Strong Excel experience (e.g. formulas, macros, charts, data analysis); PowerPoint

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $86K - $130K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
