Job description

The Treasury Management Specialist supports the daily administration and service delivery of the Bank's treasury management products and services, including ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, positive pay, online banking, and related digital banking platforms. This position performs routine operational, documentation, customer service, implementation, and maintenance tasks in accordance with established Bank policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.This position works under the direction of the Treasury Management Officer(s) and AVP, Treasury Management Operations, and follows established procedures when completing client setups, maintaining customer files, assisting with implementation activities, preparing documentation, monitoring reports, and responding to customer or internal inquiries. The role may identify issues, gather information, and recommend escalation when appropriate; however, final decisions involving risk acceptance, transaction limits outside of approved authority, exception approval, policy interpretation, pricing, or matters of significance are made by management or other authorized personnel.Education and/or Experience•Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent banking or treasury management experience may be considered.•Two or more years of experience in financial services in the areas of treasury management support, deposit operations, or a related banking function.Qualifications •To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. •The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.•Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.•Working knowledge of treasury management products, deposit operations, banking procedures, internal controls, and customer service standards.Strong written, verbal, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal partners, and management.Ability to follow established procedures, accurately complete documentation, use banking systems and technology platforms, and escalate exceptions or questions to appropriate personnel.
