The engineer will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any infrastructure-related issues. Key Responsibilities: - Assess infrastructure for bottlenecks and propose effective fixes to enhance system performance. - Plan, design, and implement IT systems to meet the evolving needs of the organization. - Provide support for networking, storage, security, and data center operations to ensure seamless functionality. - Guide the configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure to maintain operational efficiency. - Ensure high availability of systems and services to minimize downtime and disruptions. - Collaborate with vendors to resolve infrastructure issues and procure necessary resources. - Maintain compliance with security protocols and standards, including TS SCI clearance with the ability to obtain CI Poly.## QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Required Experience: - Minimum of 9 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in assessing and resolving infrastructure bottlenecks. - Demonstrated expertise in planning, designing, and supporting networking, storage, security, and data center operations. - Experience in guiding configuration and maintenance to ensure high availability. - Experience working with vendors to resolve infrastructure issues.
