Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

· Lead, coach, and develop the Insurance & Operations team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of daily functions.

· Establish clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support professional growth and development across the team.

· Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service delivery.

· Identify and assess organizational risk exposures; develop and implement mitigation strategies in coordination with senior leadership.

Operations, Compliance & Process Improvement

· Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, controls, and workflows governing insurance and operational compliance activities.

· Monitor key performance metrics, identify operational risk areas, and support vendor and audit reviews.

· Drive continuous improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience across all operational functions.
