Job Description

Ingram Industries is looking for an Aviation Maintenance Technician in the Nashville, TN area to perform routine aircraft maintenance and provide operational support to ensure aircraft cleanliness, basic functionality, and readiness. This person will coordinate with third-party maintenance providers for advanced maintenance and regulatory compliance.

What you will be doing:

  • Performing routine and light maintenance tasks (e.g., minor repairs, servicing).
  • Assisting with aircraft movement, hangar operations, and general upkeep.
  • Maintaining aircraft cleanliness, including interior care and basic detailing.
  • Coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with external service providers.
  • Assisting in tracking maintenance schedules and ensuring required inspections are completed by approved vendors.
  • Supporting recordkeeping by organizing and maintaining maintenance documentation.
  • Monitoring basic inventory of supplies, parts, and tools.
  • Following all safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting with hangar and facility upkeep.
  • Supporting flight operations as needed to ensure aircraft readiness.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate and Inspection Authorization preferred
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining aircraft relevant to company operations   

Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
  • Working knowledge of applicable FAA regulations and maintenance systems
Additional Information

Working Environment and Conditions:

  • Bending, stooping, lifting, prolonged standing, and walking

Supervision:

  • General supervision by Chief Pilot
  • No supervisory responsibilities
