Schedule: Monday - Friday | First Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $49.71 per hour

As an Aircraft Inspector IV, you'll lead complex aircraft inspections and quality assurance activities while serving as a trusted technical expert. Your work will help ensure aircraft systems, structures, and avionics comply with FAA regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.

What You'll Do
As an Aircraft Inspector IV, you will:
  • Lead and oversee complex aircraft inspections and quality assessments
  • Perform on-aircraft inspections, including avionics and structural evaluations
  • Verify aircraft airworthiness following maintenance, repairs, and modifications
  • Develop, implement, and improve inspection protocols and procedures
  • Ensure accurate, detailed, and compliant inspection documentation
  • Investigate, address, and resolve compliance findings and quality concerns
  • Conduct audits of maintenance processes and quality systems
  • Verify adherence to FAA regulations, company procedures, and industry standards
  • Utilize inspection tools, methods, and equipment to assess aircraft condition and performance
  • Mentor, train, and support junior inspectors and quality personnel
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
  • Active, current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant aircraft inspection or maintenance experience
  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Aircraft systems
    • Aircraft structures
    • Aircraft equipment and components
    • Airworthiness requirements
  • Thorough understanding of product audit and inspection processes and procedures
  • Experience applying aircraft inspection methods, techniques, practices, tools, and equipment
  • Ability to determine airworthiness of aviation products following maintenance activities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills

A higher-level relevant degree may substitute for some experience requirements.
