Aircraft Appearance Manager
Oversee the airport appearance operations team while creating a work environment where people enjoy coming to work and collaborating to achieve the team's goals and objectives. Provide customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective aircraft appearance operations to our customers
  • Develop and analyze employee and equipment schedules in order to use resources most efficiently while meeting all work requirements
  • Address and resolve customer service issues in a timely manner with professionalism
  • Create a positive and inclusive work environment to lead and motivate team members
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members to deliver excellent service
  • Manage safety and security procedures to comply with HHS operating standards

  • Knowledge of applicable FAA and OSHA regulations
  • Proven track record of safety compliance and process improvement
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and Motor Vehicle Report/MVR (varies by airport)
  • Must pass a drug test/ background check and be able to obtain airport security clearance
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms
  • Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities

Not Required But a Big Plus
  • Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, twist, push, pull, and reach for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds in confined spaces
  • Willing to work outside in all weather conditions and in an environment with elevated noise levels
  • Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations
