What You Will Experience In This Role:

CAMP is in search of an Aviation Maintenance Analyst (AMA) Intern, who will operate as a virtual extension of the customers’ aircraft maintenance team. This position will build and maintain strong professional relationships with our customers by supporting the Team Lead and Manager to coordinate operational and analytical tasks. 

This includes ensuring that the customer’s aircraft are enrolled correctly, are up-to-date and maintained in the CAMP Maintenance Tracking platform.  Specifically, this includes monitoring aircraft inspection and maintenance schedules to ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and manufacturer recommendations, ensuring all customer provided maintenance compliance records and other data is processed accurately and in a timely manner, and applying aviation technical knowledge in a manner that ensures the continued integrity of the customer’s maintenance program.   

Responsibilities:

  • The AMA intern will learn to become a subject matter expert as it pertains to the aircraft maintenance program, as well as the CAMP Maintenance Tracking platform. 
  • Relationships are key and the AMA Intern is expected to develop and promote positive customer relationships that includes providing proactive solutions to customer problems 
  • The candidate should have a strong interest in the aerospace industry and aviation/airline programs and also be able to show past performance in successfully managing customer accounts 
  • Coordinate the on-boarding and enrollment process for new customers 
  • Works cross-functionally within the organization 
  • Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest solutions based on our product/service offerings 

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience; A&P certificate a plus 
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management. SaaS experience a benefit. 
  • Strong cross-functional partnership experience 
  • Passion for helping customers and colleagues 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document and communicate with internal and external resources 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to solve problems required to ensure accuracy and effective execution of all projects and tasks undertaken 
  • Highly organized with ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task 
  • Proficiency with MS Office 
  • High energy and positive ‘can do’ attitude
