Aviation fuel sales refer to the business of supplying fuel specifically formulated for aircraft, such as Jet A, Jet A-1, and Avgas, to airports, fixed-base operators (FBOs), airlines, and private operators. Professionals in aviation fuel sales are responsible for negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality fuel. This role often involves market analysis, adherence to strict safety and environmental regulations, and coordination with logistics and supply chain teams.
