Job description

Wisconsin Aviation is a premier, full-service Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) delivering elite support to passengers and crew in the dynamic world of general aviation and private air travel. As the face of Wisconsin Aviation, our Front Desk Concierge welcomes every visitor, pilot, and passenger with a warm smile and top-tier hospitality. You will manage a diverse range of services to support both internal team operations and external clients, ensuring smooth and seamless travel experiences.


  • You will deliver premium, high-touch customer support to private pilots, corporate clients, and general aviation visitors.
  • Manage the front desk environment, coordinating arrivals, departures, and ground handling requests.
  • Provide concierge assistance, including arranging local transportation, catering, and accommodations.
  • Collaborate closely with line service technicians and flight crew members for seamless operations.
  • Handle multi-line phone communications, scheduling, and billing inquiries efficiently.


Experience: 

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, or front desk experience is highly valued).
  • Aviation Knowledge: Previous experience or familiarity with general aviation is preferred, but we will fully train dedicated individuals.
  • A motivated, positive, and proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Availability: Because aviation never sleeps, our operations run 24/7. FT Candidates must be available to work some holidays and at least one weekend day per week.
  • Current shift openings: First Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) and Second Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).


Pay is competitive and commensurates with your experience level; Full-Time (>35 hours/week) benefits offered - medical/dental benefits package, paid time off (PTO), and flight training discounts. Part-Time Benefits: Limited benefits package options available.
