Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Salary: $104,000 - $124,800 PRN/ON CALL

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) responsibilities within scope of practice and federal guidelines:

  • Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
  • Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
  • Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
  • Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
  • Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
  • Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Entry Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
  • Certification in Clinical Competency.
  • Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology issued by the state of California.
