Job description

We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position supporting an elementary caseload. This is a great opportunity for an experienced SLP who thrives in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Dates: August 20, 2026 - May 27, 2027
Setting: School-based
Caseload: Elementary students
Caseload Size: Weighted average in the high 60s to low 70s
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations
Provide direct therapy services to elementary-aged students
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (or ability to obtain)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
School-based experience strongly preferred due to caseload size
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
