Job description

Frenetic is one of the top companies in Power Electronics in Spain and Europe, especially in the development of magnetic components for our customers. There are 3 main technical departments:


  • Magnetic Design and test
  • Power Converter Development
  • R&D development


The Power Electronics engineers in the company are located in R&D department for developing power converters for testing and additional converters for specific customers.

In the Magnetic Design department, the main goal of the Power Electronics engineers is to design magnetic transformers and inductors directly with our customers, in this particular job position, most of the cases are related with electric vehicles. 


Responsibilities

  • Design Magnetic components
  • Test magnetics
  • Create new test benches for magnetic components
  • Participate in demostrations to customers


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering (PhD or MSc candidate preferred)
  • More than 1 year of experience in Power Electronics
  • Experience in the Magnetic Components design field
  • Experience in PCB design
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
