Marketing Manager

Canton, MA | Full-Time | In-Office | Salaried based on Experience

Ready to Own a Marketing Department?

Prestige Car Wash & Gas is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can take the leadnot wait to be led.

This is not a first-time management role. We need a proven marketing leader who can manage a team, create strategy, generate ideas, own deadlines, and confidently work directly with company ownership.

We're looking for someone who walks into a meeting saying, Here's what Marketing should be doing next, rather than waiting to be given the next idea.

Prestige is a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, family-owned company. Our owners are highly involved, communicate directly, and move quickly. You must be confident working with strong personalities, receiving candid feedback, managing competing priorities, and turning ideas into organized, actionable plans.

Above all, we need ownership, leadership, creativity, and follow-through.

What You'll Own
  • Lead the strategy and day-to-day operation of the Prestige marketing department.
  • Proactively bring campaigns, promotions, creative concepts, and new marketing opportunities to ownership.
  • Manage and develop the marketing team, including priorities, assignments, deadlines, feedback, and accountability.
  • Own the marketing calendar across social media, content, email, SMS, website, digital advertising, events, promotions, and grand openings.
  • Turn fast-moving ideas and conversations into clear plans, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Keep projects moving without requiring leadership to repeatedly request updates or follow up on assignments.
  • Oversee brand voice, creative direction, messaging, promotions, and customer-facing marketing.
  • Review campaign performance and turn results into actionable recommendations.
  • Manage marketing vendors, agencies, media partners, photographers, videographers, and other outside resources.
  • Identify trends, competitive opportunities, new platforms, and ideas that can continue moving the Prestige brand forward.
Be a Face of Prestige

This is not a behind-the-desk-only marketing position.

Our Marketing Manager will serve as a professional, public-facing representative of Prestige and should be comfortable:

  • Building relationships with vendors, businesses, schools, nonprofits, municipalities, and community partners.
  • Representing Prestige at grand openings, community events, sponsorships, fundraisers, donations, giveaways, and in-person meetings.
  • Meeting and engaging with customers and community representatives.
  • Appearing in photos, videos, social media content, interviews, and other brand marketing when appropriate.
  • Identifying new partnerships, sponsorships, and community marketing opportunities.
AI & the Future of Marketing

Prestige is actively expanding its use of AI and emerging marketing technology.

You do not need to be our technical AI expert, but you must be AI-forward, curious, and excited about leading a team that incorporates AI into content creation, marketing, analytics, and workflows.

We want a Marketing Manager who sees new technology and asks:

How can we use this?

What We're Looking For
  • Previous successful experience directly managing a marketing team is required. This cannot be your first management role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media, content, digital marketing, email, SMS, websites, promotions, events, and brand management.
  • A track record of generating ideas and turning them into completed campaigns and measurable results.
  • Experience managing employees, projects, competing priorities, approvals, and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, organization, project management, and follow-through.
  • Confident and direct communication with executives, owners, or senior leadership.
  • Comfortable receiving candid feedback, professionally navigating disagreement, and adapting when priorities change.
  • Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and move projects forward without constant direction.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and how to turn performance into recommendations.
  • Comfortable representing a brand publicly and appearing in photo and video content when appropriate.
  • Working knowledge of AI and emerging marketing technology.
Schedule & Availability

This is a full-time, salaried, in-office position in Canton, Massachusetts.

Prestige operates seven days a week, and Marketing supports events, promotions, grand openings, social media, and time-sensitive customer communications.
