Job description

Join a dynamic anesthesia team in Alaska as an independent CRNA. This role offers the chance to work with a supportive group of 28 CRNAs and 10 anesthesiologists, handling a diverse range of cases. You'll enjoy a predictable schedule with a Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 4:30 PM workweek, and handle 35-40 cases per day, with fewer cases on weekends. This position provides a competitive salary, additional compensation for extra shifts, and the option for paid call. 
 
 
Position Highlights: 

  • Independent CRNA Role:?Bread-and-butter cases with supervision only for ASA 4, trauma, and pediatric cases. 
  • Competitive Salary:?Guaranteed base salary of 340K, with additional shift rates of 1,950
  • Paid Call:?400 per shift, plus 245 per hour for call-back, with a guaranteed 2-hour minimum. 
  • Generous PTO:?47.5 days annually, including 32.5 days of vacation, 5 CME days, and 12 holidays. 
  • Significant Bonuses:?50K student loan repayment over 2 years and 25K sign-on and relocation bonus.
