Job description

Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is currently hiring Emergency Medicine physicians to join the team at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX. 

We are also hiring Emergency Medicine APPs at TMC's freestanding Emergency Departments in Sherman, TX and Anna, TX. (Details below are for TMC)

Full-time / Part-time / PRN considered

Emergency Department Details:

  • 48-room unit includes two dedicated trauma beds, dedicated imaging suites, psychiatric treatment rooms, a decontamination area and isolation room
  • Volume 62,000/year
  • EHR: Cerner
  • Physician Coverage: 7a-4p, 9a-6p, 2p-11p, 4p-1a, 10p-7a
  • APP Coverage: M-F 6a-4p, 9a-7p, 12p-10p, 7p-5a; Sat-Sun 6a-5p, 12p-10p, 7p-5a

Required Qualifications:

  • BC/BE in Emergency Medicine
  • BC/BE in Family Medicine with EM experience
  • BC/BE in Internal Medicine with EM experience
  • ACLS and PALS required
  • Texas Medical License & DEA

Pay Model:

Denison:

  • 1099  RVU +base+quality, avg $270+/hr,  uncapped
  • W2  RVU+base+quality, avg $260+/hr, uncapped - offering unlimited earning potential for productivity driven providers
  • $30/hour night differential at TMC
  • W2 or 1099 Base & Productivity. 10% of Base & Productivity pay is subject to 10% QSP Quality Safety Performance Metrics which is guaranteed at 100% for the first 90 days. 

Sherman:

  • 1099  $230/hr 
  • W2  $220/hr
  • W2 or 1099 Base & Quality. Set $ amount of rate is subject to QSP metrics

Anna:

  • 1099  $210/hr
  • W2  $200/hr
  • W2 or 1099 Base & Quality. Set $ amount of rate is subject to QSP metrics
