OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Round Rock, Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission


Aggressive Sales Hunter Needed

3C Industrial is looking for a true hunter. Someone who thrives on competition, takes pride in winning business, and refuses to blend in with average performers.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Hunt for new business daily with no reliance on inbound leads
  • Get in front of decision-makers through calls, visits, and persistence
  • Run your territory like it is your business
  • Build, manage, and aggressively advance your pipeline
  • Quote fast, follow up faster, and close with urgency
  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed deal
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver solutions that win repeat business

  • Comfortable in a high-activity, performance-driven environment
