Job Description

Summary: We are seeking 2x G280 Monthly Contractors to support short-term operational needs under a 1-3 month contract. Details will be concrete before final commitment. The aircraft will be based in El Salvador, with scheduled trips to key destinations including the United States and the Bahamas. This role is critical to ensuring seamless, safe, and efficient flight operations for a private airline client. The contractor will play a vital part in maintaining the airline's high standards of performance, reliability, and compliance across international routes. Responsibilities: Execute all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties in accordance with operational and safety standards. Maintain aircraft readiness and ensure compliance with all regulatory and client-specific requirements. Coordinate with ground operations and air traffic control for smooth trip execution across multiple international destinations. Conduct thorough aircraft inspections and report any discrepancies promptly. Support client expectations by delivering professional, reliable, and timely flight services. Requirements: Valid and current G280 type rating. Minimum of 2,500 hours of total flight time, with significant experience on the G280. Proven track record of operating international flights, including compliance with FAA, ICAO, and local aviation regulations. Ability to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel and be based in El Salvador for the duration of the contract.
