Job description

General Hours: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM CST & 7:00 PM-7:00 AM CST (primarily nights) 

Exempt/Nonexempt: Non-Exempt (hourly) 

Department/Unit: Behavioral Health (Central Panel) 

Hours/FTE: Two, 12-hour shifts per month

Reports To: Avel eCare Medical Director 

Summary: 

We are a leading telemedicine company committed to providing exceptional care to patients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatrist to join our growing team and provide virtual consultations to patients in need of expert care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Physician is able to work from home with flexible shifts!
  • Competitive compensation model.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • MD or DO degree is required.
  • Must have at least 2 years experience.

CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:

  • Board eligible is required.
  • Board certified and trained in Psychiatry is required within 5 years of start date.
  • One active state license required.
