Qualifications

Required Qualifications:



  • We are actively seeking Systems Integrators with a minimum of 6 years' experience. Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering. Specific skills may include the following:


  • Work in an enterprise IT environment with specific tasks related to Voice


  • Collaborate with network engineering and other telecom engineers in integration activities involving telephony or call centerAssist in the design, testing, and deployment of new voice infrastructure


  • Support implementation of next-generation voice technologies


  • Participate in the system security accreditation process


  • Provide certificate management support for secure systems


  • Assist with system upgrades, patching, and configuration

  • Support new site voice system standups

  • Support call center technology deployments, user training, and transition planning

  • Contribute to call routing and trunking design within enterprise voice platforms

  • Attend meetings with internal teams and clients to gather and understand voice system requirements

  • Monitor compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures

  • Gain hands-on experience with secure voice devices (e.g., VoIP phones, STEs, Viper) and infrastructure components (e.g., PBXs, encryption devices, call management servers)

  • Learn to provide Tier 4 engineering support under supervision

  • Learn and support platforms such as Skype for Business, Avaya Communication Manager, and other enterprise call center technologies
