Job description

TelStar National (TSN) is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain team at our Las Vegas warehouse. In this role, you'll be responsible for packaging and shipping AV equipment, keeping our inventory records accurate, and helping keep the warehouse organized and running smoothly. This is a fully in-person position.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

•     Prepare, pack, and ship AV equipment safely and accurately for client deliveries.

•     Log incoming and outgoing equipment in our inventory tracking software- entering and updating data.

•     Receive, sort, and stage incoming shipments and materials.

•     Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and labeled for easy access.

•     Move, stack, and store equipment safely using proper handling procedures.

•     Help with periodic physical inventory counts.

•     Support procurement team with administrative tasks as assigned.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•     2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience.

•     Comfortable using computer software for data entry and record keeping.

•     Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

•     Able to safely lift and move boxes and equipment.

•     Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

•     Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

•     Able to pass a background check and pre-employment screening.


JOB DETAILS

•     Location: TSN Warehouse, Las Vegas, NV (fully in-person)

•     Schedule: Full-time

•     Pay: $18.00–$24.00/hr, based on experience

•     Benefits: 10 days Paid Time Off (PTO) annually; health care options available after 6 months of employment
