About the Role

The Senior AV Engineer will lead the technical design and day-to-day operations of audiovisual production systems supporting high-visibility events involving clients, senior executives, and public personalities. This role combines hands-on production expertise with strategic AV consulting for REWS projects, including office refreshes and new property investments with custom audiovisual or technical production requirements.

What You'll Do
  • Own technical design and operations of AV production systems for high-visibility events involving clients, senior executives, and public personalities.
  • Provide complex audiovisual design and consulting for REWS projects, including office refreshes and new property investments with custom AV or technical production needs.
  • Execute production roles such as A1, V1, camera operator, lighting, EIC, and stage manager - with proficiency across multiple roles and deep expertise in at least one.
  • Maintain and manage installed specialty AV systems (e.g., 'Ohana floors, auditoriums, and lobby LED systems), ensuring spaces continue to perform as designed and meet business needs for daily event productions.
  • Deliver daily technical services and event production support for campus and non-profit events in designated specialty spaces such as 'Ohana floors and auditoriums.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and partners on the planning, scheduling, and execution of events within the Hospitality Technology team's scope.
  • Provide oversight and support for regional contractors and their associated tasks.
