Job description

Role Overview:
This role provides essential operational support for Audio Visual (AV) rooms, devices, and end users, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incident and request management at L1/L2 levels.
  • Provide comprehensive troubleshooting for conference rooms and AV devices.
  • Support onsite break/fix issues and perform remote diagnostics.
  • Coordinate effectively with L3 support teams and external vendors for escalations.
  • Deliver high-quality, user-facing support, including white-glove service where necessary.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in AV device troubleshooting, including MTR and Zoom Rooms.
  • Experience with service desk and ITSM tools.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of network, audio, and video troubleshooting.
  • Ability to provide digital signage support, including Appspace content updates and BrightSign troubleshooting.
  • Basic support for room booking platforms such as Eptura Engage.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or AV Technology.

Preferred Skills:
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
