Job description

Payroll Coordinator AutoTime

Need to have experience in AutoTime.

Microsoft applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.

Responsible for the accuracy of employees in AutoTime and maintaining changes.

Coordinate with supervisors on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy and sign off on timecards.

Oversee Payroll Reconciliations for direct employees.

Monthly reconciliation of PTO/Vacation bank balances in AutoTime against payroll to mitigate overuse.

Hours corrections/reconciliations between AutoTime /SAP/ Maximo.
