The IT Warehouse System Support III serves as the senior technical resource for the TTI warehouse, responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining warehouse hardware, software, and connected systems while proactively working to prevent unplanned downtime and ensure timely resolution of critical IT issues. The role owns advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution beyond first and second level support and provides technical guidance to the team. Coordinates with internal key stakeholders and external, third-party service providers. Operates with a high degree of independence and exercises sound judgment on complex issues.

Our Warehouse System Support III Team:
  • Advanced Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution
    • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues that exceed first and second level support. Analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
  • Endpoint & Device Support
    • Enroll, image, deploy, and retrieve all warehouse endpoints, including PCs, scanners, scales, printers, label printers, and mobile devices. Manage user accounts and access within warehouse applications and systems, including access adjustments, session and workstation management.
  • Desktop & End-User Software Support
    • Resolve complex desktop, operating system, and application issues that exceed first and second level support. Provide expertise on specialized software configuration and serve as an escalation point and technical resource for the team.
  • Warehouse Automation Support
    • Serve as a primary responder for AutoStore related issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to minimize downtime. Provide secondary support for conveyors and other material handling systems as needed.
  • Network & Connectivity Support
    • Provide advanced support for wired and wireless connectivity issues affecting warehouse devices. Partner with network administrators to maintain reliable performance and bandwidth for scanners, handheld devices, and other connected equipment.
  • End User Support
    • Provide end-user technical and customer support to warehouse staff, addressing issues in a timely and professional manner. Train warehouse personnel on devices, applications, and procedures to promote effective and consistent use of technology.
  • Incident, Request & Trend Management
    • Manage and prioritize tickets and project tasks in ServiceNow, identify and report technical trends and recurring problems, and recommend solutions to improve service delivery and reduce repeat issues.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management
    • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Create and update knowledge base articles for recurring issues to improve team efficiency and consistency.
  • Security & Compliance
    • Ensure all endpoints and mobile devices comply with company security policies and standards. Support security initiatives and rollouts and assist with audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
  • Additional Duties
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support IT operations and improve overall service delivery.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 5 years related IT System support experience is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficient in PC hardware, peripheral support, and print queue management, including scanners, scales, printers, and label printers
  • Experienced with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and Windows 10/11
  • Strong network troubleshooting skills, including wired and wireless connectivity, DNS, and DHCP
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Experienced supporting warehouse automation systems
  • Experience working with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile devices
  • Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical Requirements
    • Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
    • Must have the ability to position self to maintain computers and various network equipment in the buildings, including under desks, in the server rooms, and anywhere cabling installation and maintenance would be required for troubleshooting and optimal organizational connectivity and usage.
    • Exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone, to enter data into a computer terminal; to perceive and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids.
    • Detect and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; converse in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
