Job description

Role Overview: This is a high-impact systems leadership role accountable for end-to-end system integration across mechanical, electrical, autonomy, mission systems, and vendor components, ensuring all subsystems form a cohesive, functional product family. You are accountable for making the entire system work end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and maintain full system architecture across platforms.
• Define and enforce interfaces across subsystems and vendors.
• Develop and manage Interface Control Documents (ICDs), requirements traceability, and verification logic.
• Lead architecture trade studies and platform commonality decisions.
• Identify and mitigate system-level risks early.
• Drive design reviews (PDR/CDR), integration reviews, and test readiness reviews.
• Resolve cross-discipline integration conflicts.
• Maintain configuration control and system consistency.
• Lead architecture decisions for autonomy integration, mission systems, and Ground Control Systems (GCS).
• Chair technical discussions with vendors and internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
• Degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and complex product delivery.
• Strong experience with multi-disciplinary integration and ICD development/management.
• Experience with requirements tools (DOORS, DOORS NG, JAMA, etc.).
• Experience participating in PDR/CDR or equivalent reviews.
• Ability to work across mechanical, electrical, software, and test domains.
