A planned physician transition creates immediate demand, allowing you to quickly build a busy procedural practice without competing in an oversaturated market. Practice Overview
- You'll join an established hospital-employed urology practice
- Dedicated robotic access with a Da Vinci XI platform and dedicated urology OR availability
- Built-in referral network from employed and independent primary care physicians across a large regional draw area

Schedule
- Four-day work week available with predictable weekday clinic hours
