  • Strong desk, leadership, and closing abilities
  • Proven ability to develop and motivate sales teams
  • Experience with CRM systems (Drive Centric preferred)
  • CDK experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and high level of accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package including:

  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Life & Disability Coverage
  • 401(k) Plan
  • Paid Vacation
  • Ongoing Training & Career Advancement Opportunities
  • Supportive and Professional Work Environment

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a leader who is:

  • Results-driven and highly motivated
  • Team-oriented with strong people skills
  • Adaptable and solution-focused
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable operating in a high-volume dealership environment
  • Passionate about developing both people and processes
