About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced, proactive AI Strategy and Transformation, Lead to help Internet Brands roll out AI automation across our workforce. This role will work within the AI Program Management function and will partner with senior leadership, AI engineers, and operations leadership in order to identify, develop and test AI solutions for critical workflows. The ideal candidate will lead projects that not only automate workflows but also capture opportunities for product and service improvements supporting the top and bottom line.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project & Program Management: Lead, plan, and coordinate projects across multiple departments, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align with strategic goals.
  • Workflow Automation through AI: Partner with operations to identify and implement workflow modernization through AI implementation and process re-engineering.
  • Urgency and Creativity: Ensure that projects are up and running quickly by designing and implementing MVP solutions with rapid iteration and testing. Expectation is multiple cycles per day.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a liaison between operations, AI engineering, and the AI Program Management function promoting clear, consistent communication and fostering collaboration among busy stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively by analyzing root causes and proposing effective solutions that align with both immediate needs and long-term objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-3 years in strategy and operations role(s), ideally within a strategy consulting, digital marketing, AI technology, or internet-focused environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with available AI technologies and the ability to creatively apply them to critical workflows.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and adept at creating and interpreting complex spreadsheets, utilizing data to drive decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for clear, professional communication across multiple functions and levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and presentation software.
  • Critical & Strategic Thinking: Able to evaluate situations from various angles, identify opportunities and risks, and develop strategies to achieve short- and long-term goals.
  • Personality Traits: Outgoing, adaptable, and easy to work with; thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in digital marketing, legal, health, or technology sectors is a plus.
  • AI development and testing experience
  • Advanced Excel Skills and/or BI skills
  • Certification: PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are advantageous but not required.
