What You'll Do


As aSales Development Representative (SDR), your job is simple:create sales opportunities.

You'll work targeted lists of automotive businesses that use software and platforms within the 1stMILE partner ecosystem. Your responsibility is to get decision-makers on the phone, uncover opportunities, and create interest in additional 1stMILE solutions.

This is a full outbound sales development role.You'll spend a significant portion of your day on the phone proactively creating conversations - not waiting for leads to come to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting targeted lists of automotive businesses through high-volume outbound calling
  • Connecting with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers
  • Asking effective discovery questions to understand how a business operates and uncover opportunities
  • Creating interest in 1stMILE's integrated payments, financing, loyalty, protection, and other automotive technology solutions
  • Qualifying prospects and generating high-quality opportunities for the sales organization
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding outbound activity and opportunity goals
  • Continuously improving your messaging, product knowledge, and sales skills through coaching and practice

You don't need years of sales experience. We're more interested in yourpotential, communication ability, technical aptitude, and desire to succeed.
