Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What you will be doing as a Technician:
  • Address the customer's primary concern
  • Properly document the cause and the correction in our DMS
  • Perform the work on each repair order efficiently and follow the dealerships, State of Utah, and factory standards.
  • Perform a quality Multi-Point Inspection and record all results within the ASR Program.
  • Ability to communicate with the Service Advisors and Parts Advisors
  • Notify the Service Advisor immediately of any outlying issues that may take longer than promised
  • Keep your workspace clean and clutter-free
  • Complete all your Factory Web Training promptly and stay current with all training
  • Respect the customer's vehicle, keep it clean, and clean up any mess made during repairs.
  • Understand all Factory warranties Policy and Procedures

Qualifications
  • 2 to 3 years of automotive experience preferred
  • Factory Training is preferred but not required
  • Self-motivated to be a productive technician
  • Communication skills, patience, creativity, eye for detail
  • General mechanical skills
  • Brand-specific training/certification is preferred but not required.
  • Safety and Emissions certification preferred but not required
  • Basic computer skills
