Job Description
the Dealership Group is looking for a Parts & Service Director to manage all Parts and Service functions for its dealerships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
โ€ข Supervise a staff of up to 50
โ€ข Manage all aspects of the service operation
โ€ข Maintain high levels of profitability and customer satisfaction
โ€ข Prioritized and scheduled day-to-day service repairs
โ€ข Assist with technical issues as needed
โ€ข Ensure all contractual requirements are met
โ€ข Manage parts inventory
โ€ข Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
โ€ข Monitor and control warranty expenses
โ€ข Maintain a safe and productive working environment
โ€ข Market and parts and service business
Qualifications
โ€ข Proven leadership, management and supervision skills
โ€ข Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โ€ข Demonstrated history of leadership
โ€ข Familiar with automotive dealership computer software
โ€ข Experience as automotive service manager is a must
