Job description

Established Ford dealership looking for Service Advisor Assistant. 

You'll work as a team with other advisors gathering vehicle and customer information in preparation for Service Department write up, moving vehicles, and providing any other Service Advisor assistance.  

Computer skills and knowledge is preferred.  

Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects at once is a requirement.  You'll be on your feet and in constant motion.

Experience with automotive repair processes would be preferred. 

Future Service Advisor advancement possible with extended experience.   

 

Service Advisor Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Obtain customer and vehicle information.

  • Listen, Question, & report all vehicle symptoms to the Senior Advisor.  

  • Assist Technicians and Parts Counter obtaining a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.

  • Greet customer and return their vehicle post repair.  

Service Advisor Assistant Requirements:

  • Previous experience at a dealership is a plus.

  • Knowledge of automobiles is a plus.  

  • Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Very energetic personality.

  • Must be able to perform job duties in all weather elements.  
  • A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.

  • Personal and professional integrity.

  • Must have legible penmanship.  
  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.

  • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet all day.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Positive, friendly attitude .

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
