Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their vehicle service needs from check-in to delivery.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and repair recommendations.
  • Coordinate repairs with technicians and communicate updates to customers.

  • Promote additional maintenance services and maintain profitability goals.

Qualifications
