Basil Ford of Niagara Falls is looking for a high-performing Automotive Sales Manager to help lead and grow our pre-owned vehicle operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced dealership professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to drive results, and can lead a sales team from the front.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven dealership leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong experience in desking deals, appraising vehicles, closing sales, CRM management, and customer follow-up. If you know how to motivate a team, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the pre-owned sales team to consistently achieve sales and CSI goals
  • Desk deals and structure transactions while partnering closely with the F&I department
  • Appraise vehicles and help manage inventory strategy to maximize profitability and turn
  • Identify opportunities within the CRM and develop creative strategies to improve lead conversion and customer retention
  • Maintain strong CRM processes and ensure consistent customer follow-up activity from the sales team
  • Drive performance through daily leadership, accountability, and process execution
  • Utilize strong phone and follow-up skills to help drive appointments, engagement, and sales opportunities
  • Ensure a top-tier customer experience both in-store and online
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies and state regulations
  • Support merchandising, pricing, and inventory management initiatives

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of automotive sales management or dealership leadership experience
  • Strong background in pre-owned vehicle operations
  • Proven success achieving sales volume and gross profit goals
  • Experience with desking, appraisals, CRM management, and sales process accountability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and closing skills
  • Strong CRM, phone, and customer follow-up skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume dealership environment
  • Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
