Basil Ford of Niagara Falls is looking for a high-performing Automotive Sales Manager to help lead and grow our pre-owned vehicle operations. What You'll Do:- Lead, coach, and motivate the pre-owned sales team to consistently achieve sales and CSI goals
- Desk deals and structure transactions while partnering closely with the F&I department
- Appraise vehicles and help manage inventory strategy to maximize profitability and turn
- Identify opportunities within the CRM and develop creative strategies to improve lead conversion and customer retention
- Maintain strong CRM processes and ensure consistent customer follow-up activity from the sales team
- Drive performance through daily leadership, accountability, and process execution
- Utilize strong phone and follow-up skills to help drive appointments, engagement, and sales opportunities
- Ensure a top-tier customer experience both in-store and online
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies and state regulations
- Support merchandising, pricing, and inventory management initiatives
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For- 2+ years of automotive sales management or dealership leadership experience
- Strong background in pre-owned vehicle operations
- Proven success achieving sales volume and gross profit goals
- Experience with desking, appraisals, CRM management, and sales process accountability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and closing skills
- Strong CRM, phone, and customer follow-up skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume dealership environment
- Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
