We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to support and coordinate key HR initiatives across Renesas. This role is ideal for an individual with a background in consulting, project management, PMO, HR consulting, or business operations who enjoys driving projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring execution against agreed timelines and deliverables.

Working closely with HR leadership, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR CoE and HR Operations, this individual will manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring activities are tracked, aligned, and completed effectively.

The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused professional who can independently drive projects forward and maintain momentum across diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers.
  • Monitor progress against deliverables and timelines.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and coordinate resolution.
  • Maintain project documentation and status reporting.
  • Ensure follow-up actions are completed and deadlines are met.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate meetings, working sessions, and project reviews.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Process Improvement

  • Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop standardized templates, trackers, and project management tools.
  • Support implementation of consistent practices across HR teams.
  • Monitor adoption of agreed processes and provide recommendations for improvement.

Communication & Project Support

  • Prepare project updates, presentations, dashboards, and reports.
  • Develop communication materials, guides, and supporting documentation.
  • Support workshop coordination, training logistics, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Provide regular progress updates to HR leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in consulting, project management, PMO, HR project management, business operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
  • Preferred

  • Experience within a consulting firm or project management office environment.
  • Experience supporting HR or organizational initiatives.
  • Experience working in a multinational organization.
