Location: Exeter, PA

What You Will Do…
Help automotive shops, retailers and enthusiasts find the right aftermarket products, from performance and off-road parts to truck accessories, wheels, tires and other automotive products. This is an inside sales role where you'll spend much of your day speaking directly with customers by phone, developing existing accounts and identifying opportunities to grow their business. You'll have clear sales and activity goals, along with the training and support needed to achieve them.
  • Build relationships with an established base of automotive customers through proactive outbound calls.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce customers to new products and services.
  • Follow up with qualified leads and turn prospective customers into active accounts.
  • Learn about customers' businesses and recommend products that fit their needs.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and become a trusted resource for automotive aftermarket products.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our database.
  • Work toward established sales and activity goals while collaborating with your team.
  • Continuously expand your product knowledge and sales skills.

Who We Are Looking For? Someone who…
  • Has previous sales, account management or automotive industry experience; it’s a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
  • Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Has a competitive, motivated mindset who is comfortable asking for the sale.
  • Is organized and can manage multiple customer relationships.
  • Is comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Has a high school diploma or GED.
  • Is an automotive enthusiast; you are encouraged to apply.
  • Is Bilingual in English/Spanish; it’s another plus.
  • Can travel occasionally for customer visits or trade shows.
