What You’ll Do:

  1. Customer Experience: Deliver a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable experience that reflects Ford’s reputation for quality and dependability.
  2. Needs-Based Consultation: Take time to understand each customer’s needs to recommend the best Ford vehicle and features.
  3. Sales Journey Support: Manage the full sales process—from first contact through vehicle delivery—ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience for the customer.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on Ford’s vehicle lineup, technology, and special programs to confidently guide customer decisions.
  5. Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships through great service and consistent follow-up.
