Jim Hudson Ford is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our growing Ford dealership team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining business-to-business relationships while driving commercial vehicle sales to local businesses, municipalities, contractors, and fleet customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with automotive sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities - Commercial Account Manager:

  • Generate and grow B2B revenue through direct sales to commercial businesses, government agencies, and fleet accounts
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing commercial customers to create long-term partnerships and repeat business
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle solutions by identifying needs, asking thoughtful questions, and providing knowledgeable recommendations
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Ford commercial vehicles, upfits, accessories, and emerging technologies
  • Deliver professional vehicle presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes for commercial trucks and fleet solutions
  • Proactively follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business
  • Effectively overcome objections and confidently navigate sales negotiations and customer concerns
  • Stay current on product updates, market trends, and commercial industry developments
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Sales Manager regarding sales goals, customer activities, pipeline updates, and performance reviews.


Requirements:

Requirements - Commercial Account Manager:

  • Commercial or fleet sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong record of positive Customer Service required.
  • Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through.
