Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on team member who takes pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and motivated to learn and grow within the plastics manufacturing industry. This individual thrives in a production setting, works well with others, and demonstrates a strong work ethic, adaptability, and accountability in meeting production and quality expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate injection molding and secondary operation equipment in accordance with production schedules and quality requirements.
  • Perform hand cleaning of parts using blades, deburring tools, and abrasives.
  • Complete and document quality inspections at required AQL intervals.
  • Support daily and weekly production targets while minimizing material loss and downtime.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas before, during, and after each shift.
  • Collaborate with Lead Technicians during machine setup, maintenance, and teardown activities.
  • Work day or night shifts as required by production demands.
  • Participate in cross-training and development opportunities to build technical and manufacturing skills.


Qualifications & Preferred Traits:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Manufacturing or injection molding experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates willing to learn.
  • Comfortable working around machinery with strong safety awareness.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to develop new skills.

Work Environment / Schedule:

This position works primarily within climate-controlled industrial manufacturing facilities and requires standing for extended periods while performing hands-on production work. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Standard schedules may include 8-12-hour shifts, with flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on production needs.
