Plastic Injection Molding Operator


Plastic Injection Molding Operators needed for a Bryan, OH company.  Must be able to work all shifts.  $20 to $20.75/hr.

Plastic Injection Molding Operator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $20.00 to $20.75 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
  • Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor machine performance during production runs.
  • Remove finished plastic parts from molds.
  • Trim excess material (flash) and perform basic finishing work.
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met. 
  • Record production data and report quality or machine issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures.

Plastic Injection Molding Operator Qualifications:

  • Quality inspection and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read work instructions and production documents.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work an off shift after training.
    • 1st 7 am to 3 pm
    • 2nd 3 pm to 11 pm
    • 3rd 11 pm to 7 am (Sunday night start)
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
