Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) Location: Richmond, IN Hourly Pay: $17.00 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times. In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service.   • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus ! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
  • Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
  • Consistent weekday schedule - never work weekends
  • Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories
  • Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity
  • Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
  • Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
Required Qualifications
  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger
  • Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months
  • Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Able to pass DOT physical examination
