What You’ll Do

  • Support and increasingly lead OEM meetings and presentations.
  • Translate successful dealership results into OEM-level business cases.
  • Identify opportunities for pilots, certifications, approved-vendor relationships, and broader programs.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of OEM relationships and opportunities.
  • Work closely with leadership and teams across Sales, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and Client Success.
What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working for or directly with an OEM, OEM agency, automotive technology provider, or similar organization.
  • Existing relationships within the automotive/OEM ecosystem.
  • Understanding of how OEM programs, vendors, agencies, and dealer networks work together.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable participating in OEM and executive-level conversations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping build a new function.
  • Strong understanding of the dealership environment.

Experience with organizations such as Shift Digital, J.D. Power, FordDirect, automotive manufacturers, OEM agencies, and automotive technology companies is especially relevant.

  • OEM Strategist
  • Digital Consultant

This role offers significant opportunity to grow as we build our OEM strategy and partnerships function.

We're looking for someone who has spent the last several years learning how OEM programs work, building relationships, and supporting larger initiatives - and is now ready for the opportunity to help build and own them .
